Graduated with full marks from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
Member of the Rome Bar Association and Barristeradmitted to practice before the Supreme Court.

Specialized in corporate law and banking and financial intermediaries, as well as in all matters relating to business contracts and public-private partnerships. He deals with out-of-court assistance and litigation, including arbitration.
He also has long-standing and extensive expertise in medical liabilitymatters.

From 2008 to 2013 he was legal advisor to the Struttura Tecnica di Missione, established at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport pursuant to Article 163, paragraph 3, subparagraph a), of Legislative Decree No. 163/06 (Public Procurement Code) and Law No. 443/2003 (the so-called Legge Obiettivo), for which he followed the adoption and implementation process of some of the most important infrastructure and strategic production facilities of national interest.

From 2014 to 2017 he was a senior legal member of the Unità Tecnica Finanza di Progetto (U.T.F.P.), established at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, dealing with legal assistance and opinions for CIPE and central and local public administrations on public investment, project financing and public-private partnerships.

He is a lecturer and speaker at training courses, workshops and conferences, as well as the author of professional and scientific publications.

Excellent knowledge of the English language.
